"Caught In The Headlights" is a short film I worked on my senior year in high school. When it came to the score, I decided to partner up with my friend and fellow bandmate Eric Peana, for his superior piano playing skills and knowledge. Together we sat side by side at a piano, Eric laying out the main piece, and I, treading around on the higher notes. In the end, we had some playful piano tracks as well as some ambient stuff that I had done on the side. These two styles help aid the two themes of the character, one being a bit more realistic and concrete, the other, surreal and lost.
